Daniel Traub, DDS

Meet Dr. Traub, Board Certified Oral Surgeon in Waterville, ME

Dr. Traub was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. Following high school, he attended Colorado College, where he graduated cum laude, lettering in football and track & field. Upon graduation, he taught school in Colorado and Wyoming, subsequently relocating to New Mexico to complete his pre-dental studies. He graduated from Creighton University, Boyne School of Dental Science, and then completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center.

He practiced in New Mexico for 25 years, and then relocated to New England with his wife Deborah. He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He and his wife have participated in numerous humanitarian dental and surgical missions in third world countries, and he proudly served as a dental officer in the United States Naval Reserve for 23 years, during which time he provided oral surgical care to servicemembers worldwide.

Dr. Traub seeks to provide the best possible care to his patients, and has a keen interest in dentoalveolar and implant surgery, as well as providing high-quality anesthesia services in the oral and maxillofacial surgery setting.
