Insurance Information:

Please have your insurance information at hand when scheduling an appointment with us so that we may provide you with accurate financial expectations.

We are in-network with several medical and dental insurance programs and are happy to connect with these programs in order to assess your available benefits and generate an estimated out-of-pocket cost to collect for the day of your procedure. We will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Should there be an overpayment, you will be reimbursed. Should there be a payment less than we anticipated, you may receive a statement by mail. If your insurance company is out of network, we will collect in full on the day of your procedure. We will submit a claim to them on your behalf and you will be reimbursed for the portion they cover.

In-Network medical insurance plans include: Anthem, Aetna and Cigna.

In-Network dental insurance plans include: All Delta Dental and Cigna.

Most insurance companies will respond to claims within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We are an opted-out provider for Medicare and Medicaid (Mainecare).

Payment Information:

We understand that being able to plan ahead for your budget is important. As a courtesy to our patients, we do our best to provide an estimated cost of your appointment in advance but as there are many factors that we may not be able to foresee at the time of scheduling, there can be costs beyond what we are able to anticipate. These costs are still the responsibility of the patient.

We pride ourselves in delivering the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are also a CareCredit participating provider.
