For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer the monthly payment plan CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also participate in many medical and dental insurance programs and are very happy to call your plans for you in order to figure out your available benefits. We will also bill your insurance company for you. If your insurance company provides coverage for your procedure, we will usually only collect the portion that is not covered by your plan. Most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
